The healthcare field is expected to grow by more than 2 million jobs by 2024. People working in those positions will need skilled and trained leaders to guide them and to help direct the future of the healthcare industry. With an MHA in Strategy and Innovation (MHA-SI) from ADU, one of those leaders could be you.
The online MHA-SI degree builds on your current experience in the healthcare field and gives you the skills and tools you will need to guide the ever-growing healthcare workforce. The skills you gain in the online master’s program will help you direct health systems, respond to issues about population health management, and leverage new technology to keep health systems up-to-date.
What You Can Expect from ADU’s MHA in Strategy and Innovation
You don’t need a bachelor’s degree to earn an MHA at ADU Online. Our program offers a pathway for those with an associate of science degree, certification or license, and one for those who hold a bachelor’s degree. AS candidates can complete the program in as little as three years, and BS candidates can earn their degrees in just two years. The MHA program is 100% online and no GRE or GMAT test scores are required for admission.
While developing the MHA-SI curriculum, our esteemed faculty carefully assembled the most valuable components for an online program that would deliver powerful outcomes, taking into account current and future trends in healthcare and designing instruction to empower students to develop solutions for real-world problems in healthcare. The MHA-SI program is inspired by the leadership we’ve witnessed at Adventist Health System and Florida Hospital, as well as Guidewell, GE, and AstraZeneca.
We pride ourselves on offering our online students a truly personal experience. Class size is kept small and every student has a full team of support staff — including tutors, a Retention Specialist, counselors, and chaplains — to meet his or her needs.
The healthcare industry has a real need for strategic thinkers and leaders, and the MHA-SI program prepares you to be one. Careers students pursue after earning their MHA include Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Nurse Manager, Financial Director, and Division Supervisor.
